Reginaldo Santos
Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Law, member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo, with post-graduation degrees in Federal State and Municipal Taxes from Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT/USP), Tax Law from Pontificial Catholic University (PUC/SP), and Business Law from Law School of Sao Paulo (FGV/SP). Training Course in Tax Arbitration from FGV, in association with CAAD & LEXdebata in Lisbon. He has held leadership positions in legal & tax for more than 20 years at international companies such as Klabin-Kimberly, Ciba-Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, Nestlé, Camargo Corrêa, ITW and Syngenta. Native Portuguese and fluent in both, English and Spanish.
Ronice Fiuza
Member of the Regional Council of Administration – CRA/SP, Tax Training from FGV/SP, MBA in Strategic Business Management and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Over 20 years of experience in multi-segment companies, working in commercial management, service management and customer satisfaction, coordination, leadership and development of sales teams, branding, supply chain, trade marketing and competitive intelligence. Strong ability in technology and familiarity with several management tools, such as ERP and CRM, among others.
